Alaika Valera
President
Alaika grew up in Merced, Ca and is currently a fourth year majoring in Political Science and Psychology. She chose DG because of the instant connection that she felt with the sisters. She was extremely lost and lonely her freshman year of college, and stepping into DG during Sisterhood Night truly felt like her home. Delta Gamma gave her the opportunity to step out of her comfort zone and find her place at UC Merced. Alaika loves to travel and has been to 10 countries!

Esmeralda Campos

Esmeralda grew up in Los Angeles, Ca and is currently a fourth year majoring in Human Biology with a minor in Psychology. From the moment she stepped foot into Delta Gamma's recruitment room, she knew she found her new home. She knew Delta Gamma was the organization for her because the women radiated beautiful energy and kindness. Delta Gamma has taught her to be the best version of herself by always doing good for herself and for those around her as well. Esmeralda loves dogs, listening to music, and painting!
Josette Soto

Josette grew up both Fresno, Ca and Yuba City, Ca. She is currently a third year majoring in Political Science with a minor in writing. She enjoys being part of an organization filled with women from different backgrounds that allow her to gain more knowledge academically and culturally. If it weren't for the love and support from her sisters, she doesn't know where she would be. One fun fact is that she loves to watch reality t.v.
Jacqueline Garcia-Velarde

Jacqueline grew up in Long Beach, Ca and is currently a third year majoring in Management and Business Economics. She chose Delta Gamma because of the sense of unity and authentic sisterhood she experienced during recruitment. She is inspired by all the strong women that are part of Eta Rho and I has enjoyed every moment! Fun fact about her is that she allergic to avocados.

Dia Garcia

Dia grew up in Bakersfield, Ca and is currently a third year majoring in Psychology. She enjoys being in DG because she loves being surrounded by sisters that uplift her and genuinely want to see her succeed. DG has given her the social and professional skills to become the best version of herself. Dia loves to bake vanilla cupcakes with a cookie dough buttercream frosting.
Sabrina Gonzalez

Sabrina grew up in Rancho Cucamonga, Ca and is currently a third year majoring in Computer Science and Engineering. She enjoys holding deep and meaningful conversations with her sisters who are very close to her heart. She loves being surrounded by the most strong supportive women and knows they will always be by her side. Fun fact about Sabrina is that it is her dream to do technical work at a major animation studio like Pixar or Disney!
Avi Corral

Avi grew up in Sacramento, Ca and is currently a third year majoring in Psychology. She enjoys the uplifting environment that her sisters and herself are apart of as they help one another achieve their individual dreams and goals. Avi loves writing poems and stories during her free time.
Ariana Valenzuela

Ariana grew up in Merced, CA and is currently a fourth year majoring in Human Biology. She has enjoyed the support she receives from her delta gamma sisters, especially from her big when she picked up twin littles and when her sisters helped her win rose queen of Pi Kappa Phi during this past semester. Fun fact about her is that she has been to three Justin Bieber concerts, and is planning to attend his 4th tour whenever that is!
Jasmine Duncan

Jasmine grew up in Murrieta, Ca and is currently a fourth year majoring in Biological Science with a minor in Psychology. She chose Delta Gamma because during recruitment, time would fly by, and she didn't want to leave. Delta Gamma felt like her home right away, and she could see herself being friends with the girls beyond college. The genuine connections she's made with her sisters and their willingness to always lend a helping hand, a shoulder to cry on, an ear to listen, is what she enjoys most about Delta Gamma. A fun fact about Jasmine is that she can put her leg behind her head!
